I&#8217;m writing from <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/thestationat19e.com\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/thestationat19e.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">The Station at 19E<\/a>, a small hiker hostel on the Tennessee North Carolina border. I&#8217;m currently at mile 409, about 60 miles until I reach Damascus, Virginia, a well-known AT trail town that hosts the annual multi-day <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.visitdamascus.org\/traildays.html\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.visitdamascus.org\/traildays.html\" target=\"_blank\">AT Trail Days<\/a> event. I&#8217;ve walked through Georgia,  North Carolina and Tennessee so far, Virginia will be the 4th of 15 states and is the longest. My feet are holding up well and I&#8217;m way ahead of where I figured I&#8217;d be right now, so that&#8217;s all great. I&#8217;m starting to long for a break so I&#8217;ll probably zero soon.
