North Dakota

[Note: see my YouTube playlist for the latest videos, starting with July 10th]

My sincere apologies for the lapse in getting my recent pictures and videos posted. It takes considerable time to create and manage blog posts on my phone and even more time compiling and uploading videos to YouTube. In the interest of catching up- and wanting to hike out early in the morning- I’m going to keep the narrative to a minimum,  post some recent pictures with captions and call it good.

Luscious scene leaving Montana
Relieved to know Jesus even saves on the Montana border

Two roads diverged in a wood and I was sorry I couldn’t follow both
Shadow man checking in
The hay bail rolls stretched as far as my eye could see
And more hay
Managed to catch this raptor in flight
Somewhere near Theodore Roosevelt National Park
Arrived at camp, preparing to set up my tent
Found this nest sitting near this picnic table

The last time I posted I was near the Montana border with North Dakota and since then have crossed all of North Dakota, Minnesota and am now in Wisconsin. Lots of great anecdotes but unfortunately no time right now to write them up. We’ll have to make do with the pictures. Thanks so much for following along and I’ll try to keep up to prevent such long delays in the future. With love and best wishes for a great conclusion to your summer, Max (Michael)

Meeting the Missouri again
