Wendy and I made up this batch of Corn Fitters in just a few minutes and served them with some cut up raw veggies and assorted pickles. It was a nice treat to munch on while watching Downton Abbey, which we just re-started again from Episode 1.
These look especially good. Anything goes with Downton Abbey. We’ve done it 3 times and always found a good treat and tea to get in the proper mood. Thanks again for all your hard work.
I thought about trying these as well, but instead opted for the corn bake, which is one of Paul’s favorite dishes!
