If you know how to complete that sentence, you’re probably my age or older. You just don’t hear about cheese on apple pie any more. We snapped the photo right after taking it out of the oven, only to find that I must have used apples far bigger than called for because the center still needs more baking. So, the pie is back in the oven as I write this…fingers crossed that a few more minutes in the oven will do the trick!
