Oliver
I can’t believe I haven’t made banana bread since I’ve been here in Spain. It was about time I showed off one of my all-time favorite deserts to Alba.
I love the simplicity of this recipe, but I also had chocolate chips in the house as well as some walnuts which I crushed up and added to the mix.
The final result was a real winner. I didn’t last long because we had it at every snack with coffee, and we also invited Alba’s folks over to try some as well.
I forgot to get pictures of me making this, but I made up for it by taking some videos of the ramequin recipe.
Big winner this one. Thanks Gramma!
I am thrilled that so many shared this bread. I noticed coffee mentioned – not tea in Italy?
As soon as I saw the picture, I knew Alba had taken it LOL. Looks awesome
OLIVER!!! We miss you so much. We are hoping to see you soon. The bread looks amazing and I make it often. We also do walnuts and chocolate chips…so yummy!!!
We miss you too Melissa and Paul!!
Come visit us in Spain soon. We’ve got all kinds of new recipes to share with ya’ll
I can tell you’re seasoned social media people- your submissions look so cool. Glad Alba’s parents got to enjoy the fun too!
