This really brings back so many memories. Basic and simple, but grating zucchini is really messy and wet!! We added walnuts and it was absolutely wonderful.

I put nuts in most things also. Remember the year I grew them – our chest freezer was FULL of zuccini bread. A foil wrapped, red bowed loaf, was the gift for everything for a long time.
