This really brings back so many memories. Basic and simple, but grating zucchini is really messy and wet!! We added walnuts and it was absolutely wonderful.
I put nuts in most things also. Remember the year I grew them – our chest freezer was FULL of zuccini bread. A foil wrapped, red bowed loaf, was the gift for everything for a long time.
When I uploaded your video, the suggested thumbnail image was hilarious: Paul holding a big wedge and putting it in your mouth, ha! I modified it to something slightly less conspicuous!
