I hadn’t actually tasted this one before, but pork and cool whip are hard to come by in Kuwait, so I couldn’t make some of the recipes I remember better. When I saw this one, it seemed like the perfect simple recipe to try with my girls. They were able to do all the prep work, and I just fried the mix once they had finished. We all had a great time, and “Grama Carole’s fritters” were gone just about as soon as they cooled down enough to eat.
