Alex and I loved making this pistachio cake! I had never had pistachio cake before, and this was a great introduction. The recipe for the cake and frosting were both easy to follow, which is great because I’m not much of a baker. We happened to have real pistachios so we sprinkled some on top, but the recipe only requires pistachio pudding mix.
